The remaining payment of the accommodation fee is collected in cash on the day of arrival.

All identity information of the persons who will stay in the villa, apartment or summer house must be reported to the security forces of the region you are staying

It is forbidden to use cigarettes and tobacco products in the closed areas of the rental accommodation.

In our accommodation, the utensils and equipment in the kitchen are all provided.
There is a set of face and bath towels in the bathrooms.

Generally, the accommodation is rented for 7 days and 7 nights during the high season. We share with our guests who follow us on our website or through social media that special campaigns for short term stays of 2- 5 days during off season.

Simply creating a reservation request form does not mean that your reservation has been approved. In order to be approved, you must pay the down payment (35%) of the down payment. After this payment is made, your transaction will be completed with your reservation confirmation form, which will be sent to you as soon as possible. Then, you can start your stay by handing over the remaining balance in cash on the day of check-in.

Check-in for accommodation is at 16:00. However, it is possible to check in early to your villa if the previous customer checks out before their time or before the day. When you want to check-in early, you need to reach our representative and notify your request 1 day in advance and create a request accordingly. Our representative will give you a positive or negative feedback after confirming whether this request is appropriate.

There is no food service in villas, apartments and summer houses. However, the kitchen sections have all the necessary equipment to prepare meals, breakfast and snacks. Food, beverages and food products are not available in our villas. Our guests can easily use the kitchen section by purchasing food products from outside.

Some of our villas have encrypted boxes. Passwords are delivered to our guests before the check-in day. In some, it is delivered to our guest by our representative teammate on the day of key delivery. Detailed information will be given by our team members about the location of our villa, apart or summer house.

At the end of the reservation, the contact information of our representative will be sent to you. If you encounter any problem or need something, you can contact our representative.

If you have a transfer request, you must notify our representative at least 3 days before your arrival date. Detailed information and transfer procedures will be sent to you by our representative.

If you have such a request, we can provide it free of charge or for a fee, depending on availability.

 Generally you can check in to our villas, apartments or summer houses on Saturdays or Mondays.
